This has been the worst experience! If i could give 0 stars i would. The lady who answers is always rude and dismissive. They didnt cash our check until 3 weeks later and when we asked them to cover the bounce fee they literally said it wasnt their problem. My whole community is literally planning on how to get rid of them as fast as possible.
Dana has absolutely no customer service etiquette. Very slow to respond, short tempered, Rude.
I am surprised by some of the views here but being an HOA Pres I know how rough it can get. Dana and Forest have been a great fit for our smaller condo hoa and we’ve worked through some things together and it meets our needs quite well.
