Dana has absolutely no customer service etiquette. Very slow to respond, short tempered, Rude.
I am surprised by some of the views here but being an HOA Pres I know how rough it can get. Dana and Forest have been a great fit for our smaller condo hoa and we’ve worked through some things together and it meets our needs quite well.
Not one review better than one star? Huh. Maybe that's what the "One" in "Reality One" stands for? However, it's not surprising given mine and my mothers experience with this company. We recently had a back-and-forth regarding snow removal, and to say this company didn't care is an understatement. If zero stars was an option, that what I would give "Reality One" zero stars, then they would have to change their name to Reality Zero.
