Very Professional & Responsive. Good Communication and excellent Service. After very poor service with another property management company, I was referred to RSN by an associate who is extremely happy with them. They immediately handled my properties and business with results I hoped for. They also represented me with a new investment purchase, hassle free, from start to closing and are now managing that property. I highly recommend this company and have already reffered them to several friends and acquaintances!

I live out of state and needed someone who was knowledgeable about the area to help with finding rental properties, and also someone to manage/rent them out. RSN takes care of both of these problems. They helped me through the process of finding a rental, getting it fixed up and ready to rent, and found my first renters within days of listing, making the entire process way easier than I could imagine... Highly recommend for investors who don't want to deal with the day to day issues of landlording...

I live in California, so it was important to me to get someone trustworthy who could move the property quickly and get good tenants in there. I didn't always follow their advice, and it was to my detriment. Once I finally listened to them about the price and increasing the curb appeal, they got someone in the place within a week. We are in good communication via e-mail and telephone, and they are hands-on managers who understand the stress of being a landlord. They are worth every penny they ask for.
