Rating NEGATIVE-1; Run… run as fast as you can away from their properties. My elderly family members just moved in to one of their properties with a section 8 voucher.. During the initial showing, the place was being repaired. They would not allow any other viewings, once “repairs “ were made and because Section 8 was to do an inspection, as well, we thought ALL violations would be repaired.. This house has asbestos. Walls weren’t painted, toilet does not flush, grass 2 ft tall, it smells although carpet was “cleaned”. Supp... read more
Realty now property Management manages the rental that I reside in currently and I've been having some plumbing issues with my bathroom tub and sink draining slowly and realty now property management was able to fix the issue in a professional and timely manner maintaining quick response and good communication with me until the issue was resolved.
