I have had maintenance tickets in and my ac has been broken for a total of 19 days both around a holiday. And it takes me sending 10 messages across different platforms to get an answer.
WARNING: Realty Miami Group are scammers, not professional, they never answer your calls and they keep your deposit. They make up anything to keep your deposit. They are shameless thieves. If you rent or sign with them, you will regret it a lot in the end like me.
The worst company , they take your money and don’t care nothing , I’m trying to reach them and nobody answer by phone or email
They tried to take my deposit and never answer back... When I took them to the small court they give me 70% of the entire deposit without hesitation. They know what they are doing, they have done it a lot... Just so you know if you are already doing business with this guys FORGET ABOUT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT... or prepare yourself to go to court. They will lie to your face and remake pictures in order to keep proving their lies.
