I would not even give this place 1 star Kent Goodrich and his "maintenance man" Ronnie is the lowest of the low. I've called and called about both the kitchen and bathroom leaks and mold but can't get any result. Now the "management company" is giving me the run around....
Worse place ever !!! They kept my money I payed extra on last month.... and They can't proved any records of past history. Rudest people ever. Hung up the phone on me . I would never recommend this rental place to no body.
