I have a couple homes in El Cajon and these guys do the best property management For us, they always make it easy. They’re always on point with letting us know what needs to be done and any issues. They always handle everything without me having to worry. I saw the reviews and I thought they were one of the best rated in San Diego so I tried them out and I became friends with the owner and honestly best decision I made. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but if I am it means I’m that happy
I interviewed four different companies to manage my condo, and wow… most of them were total rip-offs. Being a landlord already comes with extra costs — upgrades, management expenses, higher insurance — so why pay even more? If your home is in good condition, a lot of these “premium” services are just a waste of time and money. I’m really glad we chose RMG.
