Applied for an apartment and never heard back, no refund for application fee as stated on the website. Contacted the realtor multiple times with no response, automated phone line provides an email address to "check the status of application" and email provided bounces every time. Super unprofessional and we were super excited about the place too :(

our dishwasher was rusted and leaking when we moved in and they delivered the new one without installing it, it’s been almost 2 months waiting for this issue to be resolved. our contact, Donna, doesnt pickup the phone when we call or text! Update: a 1 star review was effective
