Realty Management and Associates has always been a great company to me. They are easy to talk to, in terms of both availability and easy to converse with, and they have a knack for anticipating my needs. Less stress makes my life happier.
Always available, always on time, armed with excellent inventory and knowledge and lots of time for our questions. We love our apartment in Boise and our landlord is easily approachable with questions and issues. Truly a great experience overall. You can’t go wrong with RMA.
I have been renting with them for 4 years and not only was the move in easy, but whenever a maintenance issue comes up they take care of it very quickly and efficiently. I have them to be honest and dependable and just "good people". I just do my part, pay the rent, and they do theirs, maintain the property. All in all this has been the best landlord renter relationship I have ever experienced.
Realty Management represented an apartment that I was staying in, and they really did handle all the unexpected hiccups of living in an old property as they could. My agent was even nice enough to respond to my late night text messages when I discovered a leaky pipe that turned a foyer wall into jello. Additionally, when I was moving out, he helped my moving company by letting them in the property after a key snafu. I just recently moved near Boise and needed to find an apartment. My son had used RMA to find her an apartment so she gave me their number and I called them. From the first conversation I knew I had found the perfect business. They were very professional and seem to understand exactly what I wanted. I flew into Boise to look at apartments. They spent the whole day with me showing me various areas. By the end of the day I had found the perfect apartment in a great area in my price range thanks to RMA. I recommend them highly!
They have done a great job and they are easy to communicate with, I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
We were left a home in Idaho after a family member passed. It was very hard for us to deal with and we knew we would need to turn to professional management. I was very pleased with their ability to handle things yet keep us informed back here in VA. They have done a great job and we are very thankful for it.
I can say that this place has never let me down. They keep up with maintenance and are always available during weekdays for questions. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
I signed up with RMA just under a year ago and so far I've been very happy with them. They communicate well and are good about being timely. They have been dependable and treated me very well.
