We were dealing with a difficult situation in which the tenant had missed a few rent payments and was not properly maintaining the property exterior. Unfortunately Google doesn't have a zero-star or negative-star option and I had to give them one-star. They are not professional. Don't trust them.
I had a very bad experience with them. I strongly advise that you never give them your void cheque information for rent withdrawals. They withdrew the rent from my daughter's bank account after we moved out, which caused us a lot of trouble.

I had the worst experience in my life with them. Never ever trust them. It's better to find another property to rent. Never make any contracts with them.
