We had an excellent experience working with Steven in Realty Link. Faced with a very tight timeline, Steven skillfully negotiated with the tenants to vacate the suite so that urgent flooding repairs could be completed. His dedication and proactive approach went far beyond expectations, and without his involvement the process would have been significantly more difficult. Stay away from this company — my experience was highly disappointing. My experience was not satisfactory. Timeline: • Viewed the property at the advertised price • Submitted application and paid application fee • Provided personal and identification details • Received notice that the rental price was increased afterwards I found this process concerning due to the lack of pricing consistency and transparency.
We were dealing with a difficult situation in which the tenant had missed a few rent payments and was not properly maintaining the property exterior. Neighbors had file complaints and the tenant was not communicating. Our previous property manager was unfortunately unable to address these concerns, so we reached out to Steven at Realty Link and he immediately went to work for us!
