Went to see one of their property’s it was ran down broken windows filthy bath disgusting condition. Didn’t look anything like the photos and soon found out the things they didn’t take photos of were disgusting hense why no photos. Then we were told we needed first and last and damage so 3 months rent to move in. Which is illegal in Alberta. Rented from Realtylink for over 8 years now! Happy with their services! Each time I moved in or out, the process was seamless! Communication with Joe / Chloe is prompt and terms are clear. When I moved in into the DT condo , they did a thorough inspection for moving in to point out issues, and documented them. When I moved out, I provided a spotless condo back.
