I would give this company negative stars if I could. Its run by a bunch of children who only use texting to communicate. They steal half your money from your secuirty deposit first time in 14 yrs I've never gotten the full total back. They forgot the key to the property when showing tenants which is extremely unprofessional. They were very unhelpful in fixing any of the housing problems and then later charged us for them even though its the landlords job to fix them. Dylan lied to us mulitple times. Great experience so far, from showing to moving into the apartment they were very helpful and answered any questions I had.
The apartment was mostly clean when I moved in, and they have been super easy to work with.
