The apartment was mostly clean when I moved in, and they have been super easy to work with.
I don’t see how they keep business…I scheduled a showing took time off work cuz the don’t do showings after 3pm. Show up to the appointment to be told it was cancelled cuz i didn’t confirm in the text. They texted the wrong number, and never sent an email confirmation. What is the point of an appointment if your going to cancel with notice. If this is how you treat potential customers how do you treat actual residents. RGI has been incredible to work with. They are communicative, timely, and professional -- qualities both owners and renters can appreciate in a property management company. I have lived in my building for about 7yrs now and we have had quite a few management companies and these guys are the best. They have great communication skills and are on top of fixing things and if they can't then they let you know and give you the day it will be fixed. It's usually fixed by that day if not before. I've only really dealt with Brianna at Realty Growth and she's great!
