I have lived in my building for about 7yrs now and we have had quite a few management companies and these guys are the best. They have great communication skills and are on top of fixing things and if they can't then they let you know and give you the day it will be fixed. It's usually fixed by that day if not before. I've only really dealt with Brianna at Realty Growth and she's great!
I'm glad that my landlord switched the management to Realty Growth. the staff here are friendly and helpful, manager Dylan is professional. the maintenance response is quick. maintenance man Kurt is supper friendly and skillful; they always give notice ahead before entering the apartment and send you feedback after maintenance. if I need to change my apartment in the future, I think Realty Growth Management is still my first choice.
They don’t respond quickly or work on things efficiently. I hope things change in these aspects, seeing as I still rent from them. They up charge everything and don’t really give a damn. Typical landlord for you I guess🤷♀️
