Cecilia Lee at RGI is easy to communicate with and her response time is quick. She provides new listings for me once they appear which really helps a lot since I've been having trouble finding available properties on my own in the South Bay. It's so competitive out there. She also has connections to those that haven't been listed publicly yet, so I get first dibs before anyone else does which is awesome! I'm glad to have her by my side because she looks out for my needs.
Wanted information on a few houses and it took 2 weeks for them to reply which by then was to late. I tell them I am no longer interested however they will not stop harassing me. Do not do business with them.
We used RGI (Kenneth Schaeffer) to assist us in our relocation to the Conejo Valley. Kenneth provided outstanding customer service. He provided us with new listings as units hit the market and he was available virtually around the clock. I would use him again.
