RELB is as unprofessional as they come. What is more troublesome is when you question the owner, Vincent, about an issue and he straight lies. Our small 7 unit building received numerous violations for garbage, a service which we pay RELB additional for. Not only did they not notify the Board of the ordinance violations, but the paid the fine in full out of Assn’ funds.
