Had the best experience with Property Manager Taylor Rice. We purchased an investment home using her husband Eddie Rice as our Realtor. After we closed we handed the keys to Taylor. She had it rented it within a week of purchase! Kept us informed every step of the way. Can’t say enough good about the experience

Taylor has been so awesome to work with. I am new to the section 8 program. I had no understanding of how the process worked. Taylor was extremely informative. After viewing the property and paying deposit, we had a longer than usual wait with OHFA on the inspection. With the help of Taylor making numerous calls and emails to them, she was able to get the process sped up and had the inspection scheduled within two days! Beautiful property. Thank you for everything Taylor!!

Due to some incorrect information from a certain property management center, I left a misinformed review here. After I spoke to a few people who were just as confused as me, I found out they weren't the company I was trying to contact. This being said, they were super polite and returned my calls as soon as they could and tried to help me out. I'd go back there just for the politeness and customer service, if nothing else.
