Jamie Garcia is one of their realtors and she is probably the worst realtor I have ever come across. She consistently talks bad about properties and tries to steer clients into more expensive home so that she can get larger commissions. The companies they use for inspectors are just as bad as she is. They put down stuff on inspections that are not correct and they do not k ow proper codes and regulations. I created an offer, they intern sent a counter offer. All parties signed & accepted. Yet this realtor created multiple offers and accepted a higher offer. So beware. I have the signed contract if I get negative Nancy comments
Thus far, all I can say is it has been the worst experience and this ride isn't over yet. *Actual review to come.
Do NOT touch them with a 10 foot pole. They’re notorious in NW Indiana as being shady. One of their agents represented buyers for a home I was selling. They switched their financing on an accepted, signed offer WITHOUT TELLING ME FOR WEEKS. This caused a different appraisal checklist, without me knowing. All I got was an “oops! Anna Kenney was our realtor. This was our first time buying a home. It was an awful experience. She was not qualified to sell the home we were buying. There were other items that we wanted to make an offer on along with the home, but Anna told us things didn’t work that way. She messed things up for us.
