Recently, I made an offer on a house listed by this agent. She was curt in responding via text to my agent on a few questions we had. She didn't even answer all the questions. She never responded to the offer, my agent had to look in the MLS after two days to see there were multiple offers, and eventually, that it went pending. Good on them for having a competitive property, but geez! Have the decency to respond to people and agents who have taken the time to visit the property and make a valid offer! Rude.
