I highly recommend Realty Executives for Sales and Mortgage Lending Dept. I've done several transactions with them and they are very professional and caring and get the job done!!! I have purchased several homes over the years. Throughout those home purchases there is always a certain level of professionalism expected. This company calls itself Realty Executives but what it should really be named is Realty Walmart. Their Realtors appear poorly trained and unprofessional. In the end I found out to my amazement that the person I was dealing with was the owner of this crude establishment. Best customer service I have ever had from any Realtor in the past 15 years. Realty Executives offers lending along with purchasing a home if needed. My Realtor walked me through the process every step of the way and even fallowed up with me after the close of escrow when I moved in.
I was told my agent was too busy to be fully engaged in the purchase of my first home. Therefore, I rate the customer service as poor to fair. Since my agent and his assistant were too busy to check the work being done on my property, I suffered mediocre work at best. I had to personally be onsite to ensure work was being accomplished (at all) and when I found crappy work being done, was blown off by my realtor.
