I worked with Kevin Kalbach to sell my home. He gave me a long list of things to do. Everything was done, I asked him for a 6 month contract, he shows up with a 12 month, regrettably I signed thinking it won't be on the market long. Kevin did a average job listing the house. The big problems arose when someone made an offer and the process of closing. I would not recommend Kevin Kalbach because of the service I received. My real estate attorney also had a less than positive interaction.

No problems
Worst company ever. Will charge you for anything, even costs that are their responsibility! Then they have the worst attitude. My washer broke, they asked me "are you sure you know how to use a washer?" Turns out it was completely broken, took them two weeks to replace it because they said they had to "find the cheapest one". When my heat went out they ignored my call.
