Having worked with Cheryl professionally and personally for over a decade, I will definitively say she is an elite agent. Aside from keen attention to detail in contracts, bull dog negotiating skills, and an incredible masters knowledge of all things real estate, she is beyond pleasant, kind, engaging, selfless, funny and a joy to work with. Cheryl is a realtor I met when I called about a listing a few years ago. We became friends and met for lunch several times. Recently, I attended a gathering at her home I and offered to bring a Salmon appetizer to help her with the refreshments. She seemed pleased and in-fact told me the dish was a big success.
