Sofia Gil is part of a predatory real estate organization. Giving false I formation. Low ridiculous offers . Appraisals that are relayed back to her partner she is in on the scam with. They play like they want to buy your property and knowing that it is of urgency they are all gung-ho about helping g and buying g and then at the end they pull out leaving you in a corner then they offer you really low price and try and get your property for tens of thousands below market value. Beware of Stuart Shapero and his Broker. We just closed on an expensive home that Stuart sold us. The home inspection was done by a “friend” inspector, and it was not honest. The roof leaks, and obviously had for quite awhile, and both central air conditioning units were broken and required extensive repair. For someone who considers himself a professional, think again. Additionally his broker who we contacted seeking assistance was just as unconcerned as Stuart. Never would I recommend him to anyone.
Matt Bowen represented us in the purchase of our home. He made the process very easy and as stress-free as possible in this market. He was extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel like we were his priority. He was even able to save the deal when we hit a snag. We highly recommend Mr. Bowen.
Great service by Matt Bowen of Realty Executives. I was in the hospital during much of the closing on our new house. Matt went out of his way to help close out the sale for my wife and I. He was instrumental in helping get repairs done on the house before closing. I would give him and his wife 6 stars for their efforts if that were allowable. Highly, highly recommended.
