I can tell you who NOT to work with. One is rude, lazy, an VERY unprofessional on the phone. Tells you, "reminds" you of things at the last minute. Wants everything done on her schedule NOT yours. No consideration at all, and will not even give it a thought. Even though you pay rent on time and are a good tenant. God forbid if you forget something she will ream you a new one.
