Jay Trotter is a scam please don’t go through him in renting or buying he tried my niece really bad an housing paid him for this month an he had my niece move out
Be careful when dealing with Jay Trotter the slum lord he lied to the courts about a three day notice that was never given, He had the sheriff come serve a eviction after he agreeing with and receiving the monthly payment from Housing Authority for the month of May. Very unprofessional and needs to be reprimanded for his actions. This gives caldwell a bad look.

April Murphy is an exceptional person who has sold a property for me. I was out of state and April looked after every possible detail, many things that I never even considered.
