Damien is so knowledgeable and he got us top dollar for our house. I believe our home was the highest selling property in the neighborhood by about 100k. If I ever buy or sell a house again which I’m sure I will. Damien will definitely be my lifelong agent.

Damien is amazing! When we couldn’t find the right place for my mom, he found a fixer-upper gem and then coordinated the entire renovation. His negotiating skills are unparalleled. I know I didn’t pay one penny over what I should have. Plus, he has impeccable taste and vision (but only offers his opinion if you press him for it). You cannot go wrong with this guy!
Damien went above and beyond at every opportunity – I cannot say enough good things about him. When I decided to downsize, a friend recommended Damien to handle the sale. I loved his style of doing things right off the bat!
