Damien did an amazing job helping us to sell a property. He was everything a realtor should be. He arranged his schedule to be flexible to meet with us, he utilized online photos and videos, he headed off any concerns by preemptively getting an inspection (because it was an investment property), and most importantly- he encouraged bidding between multiple buyers when many homes are languishing on the market right now.
