Wow, what can be said: First, Tom and I are deeply impressed by the regular updates and communication we received from Realty Concierge. Joel is the best. Our estate home had been with another realty for a year doing nothing. He made a few remodeling suggestions. He sold it for asking price in 2 weeks! 10 months later, Joel again made remodeling suggestions for our rental house. He sold it within 3 days again for asking price! Both were older homes.
