Worst people to deal with. The property that I'm renting is in for foreclosure, spent 2 weeks trying to ge any answers from them, emails no response, phone not working, I went to there address listed and supposedly it just a mailing address. Now we don't know where to go cause they don't answer. Worst people, not professional at all.
Nobody answers emails and their phone number doesn’t work. We have a rental with major home failures and they have not even responded to us. DO NOT work with this company. Run!!
Have called and emailed them multiple time to try and figure out why the house we are renting is in foreclosure and is now being sold in a foreclosure auction i have 4 kids no help at all
The other 2 reviews are definitely true...RCM does not answer their phones and emails are impossible to get replies back from....fixing repairs or problems at rental house is nearly impossible also...you have to be presitent to the max and I've ended up just paying for repairs that aren't my responsibility in the contract. Once they do answer your emails, kathy in office is pretty quick on responses.
This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with cannot get them to answer their phones They did not answer their emails they are a bunch of liars and trying to get money back out of them for deposit is nearly impossible
