This prop mgmt company would take forever to actually get anything done. When I moved in the shower tiles were falling off. It took 8 months to get it fixed after tons of calls. It wasn't even fixed well. They never call people back and they are pretty rude. Even if you have the place looking nicer than it was when you move (my case) don't expect to get your deposit back. They are horrible and should be out of business.
