We chose this realtor because we always saw their signs all over the Loggers Run neighborhood. Listing agent Karen Kerpen has been unreachable by phone, email and text for 3 days. Sent her an offer on 08/26/2017 and got absolutely no reply. 2 days later (on Monday - 08/28/2017) I called the office 3 times, trying to speak to the Broker or anybody else who would be able to help with presenting the offer to the seller. All 3 times they took down my info and promised a call back. Never got a call back. An extremely frustrating experience, especially for the buyer.
Probably one of the worst real estate companies I have come across. We worked with derek as our realtor who is not knowledgeable and richard who is the broker refuses to return calls or answer emails. My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the way our house was selling with them and after about 2 months we asked that we wanted to cancel our contracts.
