We closed on our house in December 2015 and our realtor, whose name I will not mention here to save him from embarrassment, not once contacted us to ask how our move was. There was no phone call or email congratulating us on the closing, or the move. What a far cry from this lady realtor from another company who greeted us on Christmas, and we hadn't talked, seen or heard from her in over a year. Our lender even sent us a thank you card.
