Ruchika was phenomenal. She helps us thru a thought situation and was available to answer any questions, even when we asked over and over. From the beginning she was very informative and communicated every step of the way and the process. Highly recommend Ruchika :) she even connected with our realtor in Colorado to make our move/transition smoother. oh yes and great personality.

Ruchika is such a sweet lady and funny at times. Overall very professional, knowledgeable at what she does. I have many realtor friends and since day one I decided to put my faith in her; Knowing she was the right person for me, and would trust her with one of my biggest decisions of my life. There wasn't an email or Doc you sign missed. She is very focused and on top of everything. When it comes time in buying she's my go to, and will use her on my next purchase.

Ruchika was nice and amaizing throughout our process of buying a home. She was very resourceful with needed contacts on everything including lenders and home inspectors, she had a solution almost for everything we asked and was very helpful from the start till we received our house keys, she even helped negotiate and got us a $30k equity on our home.
