Meeting with Nick was like sitting down with a trusted friend. His concern about the sale of our house was genuine. We have moved a number of times but never had a real estate broker who made such a wonderful impression.

He really knows San Diego and the different neighborhoods, including La Jolla, and helped explain what to look for when buying or selling in this market. I always appreciated how easy he was to reach and how clearly he communicated every step along the way. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and patient he was throughout the process.
