Megan is the absolute best. We purchase an condo from our home state. We do not live in Florida. We have yet to meet Megan in person. I ordered electric service to coincide with the settlement date. Afterward, Megan returned to our new place to drop off the keys. She discovered that the power was not turned on. A day later, she returned to check again; the power was still off.
