I don’t know if this group really knows what they are doing… We had a signed offer on a property and had Katie Reid as the sellers agent and asked for a small amount in closing to assist with needed home repairs… She was completely unsuccessful in trying to help her clients get the deal done with us. $5k ask on a $730k property… 5 days later after the deal had fallen through the MLS listing still has our deal as “pending.” I hope to work with a more experienced organization on our next offer. I’m not sure how this company has high ratings but how is it that I’ve called 5 to 6 times was told by each person who answered the phone that they would connect me to someone who would help but each time when I’ve been placed on hold I’m told everyone was busy or not answering but they’d take my name and number and someone would call me back? However it hasn’t happened. There’s no need for anyone at their office to reply to this review because I am looking elsewhere to find another lease to purchase or rent to own option. T... read more

The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude and short with me. I do not recommend doing business with an unprofessional business.
