We wanted a quick sale without sacrificing price. John told us the key is to ask the correct price and the way to find the correct price is to have the property appraised. We agreed and John did all the leg work. Once the appraised value was established, we listed our home and asked the appraised value. With John's marketing methods, the house was as good as sold before the open house. Our house was under contract in 11 days! We were very happy. John did a great job for us.

Best Agent Ever! You will not find a better agent than John. He goes WAY above and beyond what any agent would do. I’ve bought and sold many homes and have had good agents but non as amazing as John.
