From start to finish, Ashley was on point! I’m convinced her suggestions and efficient handling of all details contributed to my house yielding an offer (above listing price, accepted) the first day it was listed. She’s pleasant, approachable, and experienced! I was particularly impressed that she could refer me to appropriate professionals for repairs and updates to my house getting it ready to sell. And the gratis staging, plus videos, and photos were top-notch. The house was truly move-in ready when it listed.
