Eduardo was truly professional. He examined the issue with the toilet and concluded that the issue was a faulty wax ring. He went the extra mile and replaced the original ring with not one, but two new rings. This solved the leaking problem effectively. Tito did a thorough project of checking all areas for moisture. He also spent about 20-30min helping me disconnect my dishwasher so that we check for any moisture behind it. Then he did his best to offer me the lowest work fee possible for their company. Tito is an excellent, patients, and kind employee.
