I am extremely disappointed with this company. They exposed personal information of their clients on the web, which is completely unethical and unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone, they have not responded or taken any action to address this serious issue. This lack of accountability and disregard for privacy is alarming, and I would caution others to be very careful when dealing with this company.
Company representatives rarely if ever answer emails. They also do not answer their phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
