I’ve used the pharmacy at Realo Drugs in Hampstead several times. The location and drive-thru are super convenient right off the highway, and next to fast food and coffee, so it’s easy to work into errands. That said, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern: prescriptions tend to take longer than expected to be ready. Not just “a little behind,” but usually at least 12 hours, sometimes 24 hours.
