I’ve used the pharmacy at Realo Drugs in Hampstead several times. The location and drive-thru are super convenient right off the highway, and next to fast food and coffee, so it’s easy to work into errands. That said, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern: prescriptions tend to take longer than expected to be ready. Not just “a little behind,” but usually at least 12 hours, sometimes 24 hours. My family won’t go anywhere else besides Realo Drug in Hampstead. They know us by name and are always prompt in filling our prescriptions!
Great place . Friendly and very knowledgeable.
Unlike CVS they actually answer the phone here. They've come through for me a couple times now when my usual pharmacy closer to where I live is out of stock of medication I need. My husband also bought cheaper and higher quality vitamins than food lion. He overheard them going the extra mile for another customer as well.
