Well, I just called the company and asked if they would be interested in selling my lot in Cape Coral. . After asking for my name, I got a flat «I’ll pass» … and I see on their website they do sell empty lots so here we are, giving them the rating they deserve … 🤷♂️
Terrible professional communication skills! Sabotaged showings and led us to the property twice only to be cancelled THEN told at the doorway by the owners that they went under contract after the point in time when we got cancelled to show the first time. I would never use Ted Stout. What a lousy broker.
