Second home sale of mine With Ted as my Broker in Naples, FL. Excellent fast closings both times.
I contacted this company to sell my mom's Villa in Estero. The communication between Ted and myself was the worst I have ever experienced. When I messaged 5 days after them walking my mom's house they said they would get back to me after meetings. Crickets!!!!!!! I guess if you don't list a million dollar home you are not worth this Brokers time. I suggest finding any other company willing to communicate with their sellers and buyers.
