I've tried many different kinds of honey (always get raw unheated organic because heat process makes honey lose all the good enzymes), and this is by far the best tasting honey hands down. It's not too sweet but something about this honey, it tastes magical. And you could tell its really unprocessed by all the bits and pieces of wax, bee pollen, royal jelly, i dont know what that are on top. Highly recommend it
I have raised my kids on this honey. It is pure and delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone I know.
