We had an extremely disappointing experience with this realty company. After viewing an apartment and being told the offer was accepted, we were asked to submit pay stubs, a completed application, Social Security number, and credit information. We provided everything promptly and were informed that the contract would be drafted. Instead of being kept informed, we were left waiting with no communication.
