As an excavation contractor who works with homeowners, I have assisted with excavation and turn key contractor work through the homeowner and reality has been extremely hard to work with very nonresponsive very slow to get the project started while charging the customer added fees due to the length of time the project is taking. Their sales team however have been good to work with
The sales rep we spoke with was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the home building process. He has continued to work with us to get in touch with a lender that can help with the next step.
