Good customer service with up-to-date knowledge of what a customer needs more than happy to help with every aspect
Everything is what you would expect a datacenter to be, but they really need to hire front desk staff that actually do their job. Half the time, there is no one present. One of our temps spent 10 minutes at the door before someone buzzed them in. He also had multiple issues with access because no one was present at the front desk.
Always greeted well by the front desk. Staff is always helpful. Parking is tight, but at least it is not on the street.
