The worse experience they are crooks the lie about everything and don't fulfill any promise. Stay away
This was the worst experience of my life. The car needed service 2 days after pulling off the lot and it's almost impossible to get in the service department before the fake warranty ends. The salesman was very unprofessional. Would be no starts but I had to give at least one.
These people sell cars where fix up just to get it off their lot and then three is a problem. I brought a 2009 Chevy Cobalt and within a week the check engine light came on. It turned out to be a problem with the transmission and the extended warranty that is offered is as grippy as the dealership. When you call the dealership about the problem you don't get a return call from them.
Rip offs. BBB rated D. And now I no why. Girlfriend purchased a car from there and it had really strong air-fresheners in it. Throw those out and found out why heater core is bad and they covered it up with the air freshers. 1200.00 to replace. Thanks for bing dishonest guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. You most likely will be sorry....
Waste of time dealer! Drove hour and half to come see a truck, got there and they didn't have keys to truck.. They knew I was driving from far away looking to buy and didn't do any work on there part to have vehicle ready to be shown! Guy didn't even apologize or have an excuse.. Real p.o.s!
The worst scam dealership. They took full advantage of us and sold us a faulty car. Never would recommend anyone here. Really poor organization and the salesman are not professional and not timely.
Bought a car which I paid cash for only to find out that the car, which was supposed to have been inspected, was not. Needless to say I had it inspected and it failed. Bought the car in may and still have not received the title. Now they are calling me asking to come in because of something about the police and the car reported stolen. What the heck. Do not buy from this dealership.
Awful service bought a car 4 months ago and I can't still get my title from this guy's or plates they change to much their stories and no one resolves anything not to recommend.
I was recommended this place by a friend who bought a couple of car from Reality Sales and told me they were good. So I called in, spoke to one of the sales guy and I filled out their online application. They took 1 day in getting back to me (I had to call a few times) but they finally called me and asked me to come in.
