Great communication through the showing process, steps to apply were simple and easy to navigate. Communicative leasing agents, and reasonable expectations! Awesome experience so far.
I had a VERY good experience with realiant property management they helped me find a home within a day of looking and it was super EASY to get a home ! Thank you for all your hard work with helping my family she was super friendly to my child which made it 10 times better!
Everything has been good so far. Super friendly landlord and apartment is nice
Horribly company to rent through. Maintenance is a joke, they’ll come out and close out the ticket, leaving the issue still existent. They’ll charge you for whatever they possibly can to not return your deposit to you. I’ve heard a lot of negatives about the company, along with my own experience. Believe anything negative you hear about them.
Marie and Vicky in the covington office are super nice snd understanding. Good place to rent from and good communication with office staff!!
