I absolutely love my new apartment with reliant they have been nothing but helpful and insightful. When I needed help with maintenance I would easily reach out to Marie Richards who would always keep in touch and would always solve my problems for me id give 10 outta 10 services.
We’ve had consistent problems literally from day one when they promised to fix issues I spotted on the walkthrough but later denied ever agreeing to fix. 2 outside companies came to fix things (windows and AC) and they informed me that Realiant wasn’t permitting them to fully fix the issues, just patch them. Please please please avoid if you can. Myranda doesn't respond to emails when it's not convenient for her, she is trashy and unprofessional. Sketchy landlords that aren't licensed, we got a letter sent to our address ordering the landlord to take his for rent sign down as he does not have licensure to rent. Landlord came to do an inspection and brought his girlfriend, not sure why a stranger was apart of it. TERRIBLE MANAGMENT COMPANY ! very rude ! DONT CARE ABOUT HOW YOUR HOUSE IS THAT YOUR MOVING INTO THEY JUST WANT MONEY ! they won’t have anything set up easy for you ! And they DO NOT CLEANNNNNN !!!!
