Scheduled a showing for a house that was labeled as available for move in today 9/18. The attached photos are the state of the house we came to see, no lock box access like the scheduling stated and when calling they informed us that this listing is still under maintenance. Mind you, we had to call and have our application manually approved because it was automatically rejected by their AI bot, so they knew we were coming. I do not reccomend this rental agency.
Not sure how they run their business but I can tell you how they drive. Guy flew up in a merge lane and cut the car in front of me practicing running them into oncoming traffic. Then got mad they people honked and proceeded to break check repeatedly then would drive lile 10mph in a 35. Of the Google review let me post pics I would attach.
Susan was amazing! From the start to finish her and her team were sooo knowledgeable and helpful and responsive ! The unit was exactly as listed and any concerns or questions I had was handled w so much care and priority.
Susan from realiant was everything I could ask for in helping me find an apartment. She is patient caring and made things very easy on helping me through the process of getting an apartment. She was amazing on all aspects of me finding a apartment
