Please be careful working with Realco and the owner broker Igor. He represents a seller and landlord that will not return your security deposit. The landlord is currently stating that he does not have the $4100 that we are owed... that all of his money is tied up in taxes currently. He has not stated any reason why we would not receive the deposit, just that he does not have the money.
