Worst portal for information and payments. Beyond frustrating. Will not use RealCare again and will go thru an insurance rep rather pay more to have better service than the headache every damn month on trying to make a payment AND they want the payment 2 months in advance. NO

They seem bothered when anyone has any questions. I've had my insurance through RealCare for the past few years, and cannot wait to end it. The website is horrendous as well. Terrible service.
