The RUB staff is wonderful! We were in the Oakbrook location today. My husband noticed the last time we didn't receive our RUB points. We were talking with a staff member and he is actually the Vernon Hills manager and he took down our information and credited our RUB account right away! Great Customer Service!! We love RUB and will be back soon:)
Their food is spectacular, staff is always courteous & they have the very best pickles. We love Real Urban BBQ! Also have food items that are diabetic friendly.
