Sadly enough there is more and more bad customer service popping up in our community. Two calls have been made to the contact person of a property listed for rent. The receptionist takes down the information and says someone will get back to you. She has no other information to offer. No time frame of when you can expect a call back either. Its been 4 days since the first call and 24 hours since the last call. No doubt the property is probably not available by now, but that shouldn't deter them from a courtesy call. Same here. After 2 1/2 years, I can confirm that is their MO. They fix a little here, a little there. They drag their feet, and "yes" you to death until you become completely aggravated. Jose is actually a nice man-- he's just super overworked, so I guess he's decided he'll get to it when he gets to it. Dealing with Jaritza is like dealing with Jeckyll and Hyde.
