RecommendedI really enjoyed the class I attended while visiting a friend in Vegas. First, the class began with mobility and some warm up, so I knew the trainers were better than average. The workout was well balanced and nicely paced. Mason taught this class and I really liked it because the instruction was mindful and meaningful, focused on purpose and mind-muscle connection. I’d recommend this place to anyone serious about taking great care of themselves.
