Have been in a house managed by RPM Reno for 3 months now. Have had no complaints with the house or with Brian at RPM. He's been easy to deal with and I've only needed him once when I was locked out because of a power outage. I called Brian after business hours and 20 minutes later I met him at the office to get a new key. So far I am very pleased with Brian and RPM Reno.
