Ravi was flexible and responsive while I was a tenant. Problems with the apartment were dealt with fast and the apartment was quickly painted based on my ideal move-in timeline.
RPM has been great thus far! They found me a quality tenant in a timely fashion. Texts and/or calls are returned quickly and they make you feel as if you are a priority. Ravi is very personable, professional and passionate about the quality of service that they provide. I highly recommend them!
I have recently rented a property from Ravi and I can tell you it was a seamless transaction. Ravi went above and beyond to approve us based on non normal circumstances . He took the time and spent days working with us and confirming details on a daily basis. We were sent easy links to set up internet, water and electric/gas.
