I have recently rented a property from Ravi and I can tell you it was a seamless transaction. Ravi went above and beyond to approve us based on non normal circumstances . He took the time and spent days working with us and confirming details on a daily basis. We were sent easy links to set up internet, water and electric/gas. Since then we had a visit prior to moving in. Upon arrival the place had not been cleaned, I called Ravi and he immediately set up his cleaning service to come out and take care of it. Excellent service from start to finish. Ravi is responsive, professional and genuinely care about both owners and tenants.
They made touring a very easy and seamless process. We were able to tour the home within an hour notice and it was self-guided so we didn't feel the pressure of rushing through and were able to take our time
RPM has been great thus far! They found me a quality tenant in a timely fashion. Texts and/or calls are returned quickly and they make you feel as if you are a priority. Ravi is very personable, professional and passionate about the quality of service that they provide. I highly recommend them!
