I always had to call them, as they never replied to emails! And it was hard to get a response if I left a voicemail, usually 1-2 weeks. They also need to prioritize their clients. For example, our renters moved out but lost the laundry key, so we had to pay $75 for a new one and drive to Lehi to get it from our HOA, even though it was the renters who lost the key.
